قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Translation

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak,
From the evil of what He created,
From the evil of darkness when it settles,
From the evil of those who blow on knots,
And from the evil of the envier when he envies.

आप कह दीजिए: मैं सुबह के रब की पनाह चाहता हूँ,
उसकी बनाई हर चीज़ के शर से,
अंधेरी रात के शर से जब वह छा जाए,
गाँठों में फूँक मारने वालों के शर से,
और हसद करने वाले के शर से जब वह हसद करे।

کہہ دیجئے: میں صبح کے رب کی پناہ چاہتا ہوں،
اس چیز کے شر سے جو اس نے پیدا کی،
اور اندھیری رات کے شر سے جب وہ چھا جائے،

اور حسد کرنے والے کے شر سے جب وہ حسد کرے۔
