सूरह फ़ातिहा का परिचय
सूरह अल-फ़ातिहा कुरान की पहली सूरह है। इसे “उम्मुल-किताब” यानी “किताब की माँ” भी कहते हैं। इसमें सिर्फ 7 आयतें हैं, लेकिन इसका मतलब बहुत गहरा है। इसकी अहमियत इतनी है कि हर नमाज़ में फ़ातिहा पढ़ना ज़रूरी है। बिना इसके नमाज़ अधूरी रहती है।
नाम क्यों फ़ातिहा?
“फ़ातिहा” का मतलब है – खोलने वाली। जैसे किताब का पहला पन्ना खोलते हैं, वैसे ही कुरान की शुरुआत इसी से होती है। ये दरवाज़ा खोलती है – रहमत का, बरकत का, और हिदायत का।

अल्लाह के नाम से, जो बड़ा मेहरबान और रहम वाला है।
सब तारीफ़ें अल्लाह ही के लिए हैं, जो सारे जहानों का रब है।
बड़ा मेहरबान, निहायत रहम वाला।
बदले के दिन का मालिक।
हम सिर्फ तेरा ही इबादत करते हैं और तुझी से मदद माँगते हैं।
हमें सीधा रास्ता दिखा।
उन लोगों का रास्ता जिन पर तूने इनाम किया,
ना कि उनका जिन पर ग़ज़ब हुआ और ना उनका जो भटक गए।
सूरह फ़ातिहा की फज़ीलत
1. यह पूरी कुरान का सार है।
2. इसे “शिफ़ा” भी मानते हैं – यानी इलाज।
3. हर दुआ की शुरुआत इसी से करते हैं।
4. घर, दिल और ज़िंदगी में बरकत लाती है।
